1:1 Scale Type VIIC U-boat

The type VIIC U-boat was a submarine used by Germany during WW2. The type VII was the most numerous of all U-boat types, with over 700 made throughout the war. These ships engaged in wolfpack tactics, forming a long grid of submarines spread out over shipping lines. The first ship to spot an enemy, followed from a safe distance and reported to submarine command. Headquarters would then order nearby submarines to approach the spotted enemy, and then strike the surrounded enemy all at once, usually at night on the surface.

This build is not entirely historically accurate in the interior, as Create Deep Seas requires a lot of space just to work. The CBC More Shells addon is also currently not compatible with NeoForge 1.21.1, so it does not have torpedoes. If you use CurseForge, you can install CBC Military Supplement to add working torpedoes. There is empty interior space in the front of the sub to install torpedo tubes.

Without torpedoes, the ship can still be used as a mobile survival base for underwater exploration. It has enough room for a lot of item storage, crafting stations and a bed. If you ever need to explore the ocean, this ship is for you!

Controls are written inside the ship itself. It can move forward and backward, turn left and right, and has 3 depth presets that it can dive too. The ship will automatically sustain a depth once reached, so no need worry about slowly ascending or sinking.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE "Copycats+ aeronautics weight" INSTALLED, OTHERWISE THE SUB WILL BE TOO HEAVY
