16x16 Miner (Chunk)

A portable mining machine (minecart contraption) that mines a 16x16 area (256 blocks at once/1 chunk area).

It contains items from other mods, but it's not strictly necessary for it to function is more QoL; the Create Base alone works. Even the Blaze and the system for retrieving items from the vault aren't strictly necessary, but you do need to do something to retrieve items from the vault since all the items are stored there.
