Self sufficient Su generator made with create. Once set up and started, it will continously raise it's Su capacity until reaching about 860k at the changeable by user rpm, 48 or 96 rpm (the lever by the staircase). Mashine itself fits in one chunk, engine is 16 x 16 x 16 without a build around (check additional schematic ats_create_lava_su_generator_raw_V4), you can position main schematic (ats_create_lava_su_generator_V4) for it to be loaded in single chunk by placing schematic the way, 4 sea lanterns in lower part of the chimney are in 4 corners of a chunk. Design is stackable horizontaly, meaning you can connect engines one by one by placing them next to each other multiplaying its overall Su capacity. Connect them LIME TO RED CONCRETE via shaft + gearbox or 2 shafts depending on the spinning directions of neighbouring engine. Look in pictures.

NOTE:

  • It takes a little time for couldrons to fill up (about 24 in-game hours) and for entire engine to start working at maximum capacity (about 4 minutes after cold start)

  • THIS DESIGN REQUIRES MOD CREATE:LIQUID FUEL AS IT'S USING LAVA AS ENERGY FOR BLAZE BURNERS

  • pointed dripstone is not in the schematic by intent, because if it was, water falls down to couldrons instead of lava clogging the build. You have to place pointed dripstones after placing lava

  • start without load attached (connect it once engine is running)

  • NOW WITH ENTRANCE AND END in additional schematics - Connect them by placing schematics ats_lava_su_gen_entrance and ats_lava_su_gen_end so that sea lanterns in 2 corners of a chunk are next to sea lanterns on the side of generator (as on picture), you can go lime to red concrete but dont have to

SETUP GUIDE IN STEPS TO FOLLOW:

  1. Use staircase or ladder to climb your way to the chimney, put lava source on every dripstone (100 buckets) [yeah, i know]

  2. Use trapdors (dont fall to the couldron) or try placing pointed drip stone from the side so that under every drip stone is a pointed dripstone conveying lava to couldron underneath (100 pointed dripstones) [I KNOW]

  3. Place Water source under every pump creating infinite water sources under main water supply (use entrance under the floor by the stair case for easier access) and starter water supply as shown on pictures

  4. Place down shafts (78 of them): for some reason, schematicannon doesnt build "powered shafts" so - place 72 horizontally between chaindrives on both sides (as on pictures), 2 verticaly on the big cog wheels by the pumps in main water supply and two under speedup mechanism by the ladder so starter boiler has 2 steam engines

  5. By the time you finish, some lava should acumulate in couldrons (you can always check them up, time is on your side), to start the generator spin the crank and wait for it to properly gain momentum. From now on it will run without a need for input.

  6. To stop it, destroy vertical shafts powering pumps and pull the speed lever (slow down rpm)

KNOWN ISSUES:

  • Schematicannon incorectly places lava storage fluid tanks and pipes under them, you will have to climb on the boilers, break and replace them on both sides (fluid tanks first, its supoused to be 6 3x1x3 tanks on both side, use dark oak trapdors for pipes, 3 of them connecting lava buffer storage to pipe network) check in pictures.

  • Engine stalling: most likely not enough lava is generating in couldrons, but also try braking and replacing in right direction pumps conveying lava to blaze burners on the sides of boilers, make sure every other pump has its infinite water source.

  • When connecting, clutch brakes so mind the rotation direction of a neighbouring engine, use shafts or gearboxes
