"Gibbon" | Autonomous Mechanical Refueler (Survival-Friendly)

The "Gibbon" is a mechanical arm that can find ships within its reach, and refuel them. The ship computer is relatively compact, which makes this arm potentially useful for smaller ships as well. The contraption does not require chunk force-loading to function.
