This is a farm for Dirt specifically, nothing more nothing less. The bottom deployers have hoes in them to hoe the Coarse Dirt that is placed. If you have the mod Create: Simulated, I suggest using an Analog Transmission to slow the drills down. This is due to the deployers not having enough time to hoe the Coarse Dirt. You could also just use a Rotation Speed Controller.

You could also take out two deployers (Hoe and Coarse placer) and one drill as the Coarse Dirt decides to favor one side.
