compact infinitly expandable storage system

most compact possible storage system that:
- automatically fills up vaults in order
- has display support built in.
- is infinitely expandable in both y and x

setup needed:
I do not recommend building this as a schematic, since it is simple enough. but you'll need to fix/replace almost every block to make it work. but:

- fix all vaults so they are at max 3x3x9 size
- link both frogs to a chain
- rename input frog to something like "vault"
- link all stock links to a network
- link all display links to a display.
