create:creating space oxygen and methane generator

A simple and compact oxygen/methane generator for the creating space mod. The setup is very SU hungry at high speeds, so keep it at a low rpm. The catalyst produces water as a byproduct, which is removed via a pipe. When you construct it with a schematic cannon, you may need to apply the filters.

I've attached an image that shows which filter goes where. In the filter UI, drag the matching cryogenic tank from the jei menu into the filter and make sure it is set to allow.
