Enderman Farm cheap

(unsure if original creator) but im attributing author as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgFMPbPcOQ0&t=16s since thats where i built the farm from.

you just need to as low as possible, the blueprint already has the required blocks and signs to build the path away from the end island for you. make sure theres no other structures nearby that would cause enderman to spawn on neraby island/structures instead of the platform.

this design should work for 1.13 up to current version
