Flying Town of Skyscraper

A Mortal Engines inspired "drag town" (based on a traction town) that flies around the world.

When you load it up go to the steam engine on the catwalk above the town and place two buckets on the depots. Then go to the steam engine in the factory and place a bucket on the depot, then fuel the jumpstart portable engines. Then go up to the steam engine on the catwalk and fuel one of the burners with a lava bucket or jumpstart it by other means.

The control room is below street level. The throttle lever on the left is altitude (don't worry about it not going up, I have a redstone inductor to smooth out the increase), the throttle lever on the right is speed, and the normal lever is forward/backward toggle.
