Spawn it above 18 block!!

First, you need to assemble everything. Then, use the 90° copper valve below the upper station to make the swivel bearing point down. After that, glue the green wool piece from the ramp to the swivel bearing, then turn it 45° to put it in position. Next, glue the red wool from the physics gantry to the piece of red wool in the other swivel bearing. Now you can remove the original wool piece the swivel bearing had and turn it another 45°. Finally, glue the platform to that swivel bearing and you’re good to go!
