This is my first build in Create Aeronautics, so I apologize if it isn't very good.

Controls:
W - Forward

S - Reverse

A - Turn Left

D - Turn Right

The throttle lever controls the top propeller. 7 to 9 is about the working operational range in my experience. You can set it to 10 but your engine will overstress if you try to turn or accelerate.
