It's basically two max strength tripled cannon that also have a pretty decent loader and firing mechanism

The mods used: Create, Create: Big Cannons, Create: Connected, Create: Aeronautics, Create: Design and Decor, Create: Extra Gauges, Dye Depot, Dye the World.

Note: Extra Gauges is a bit broken on schematics, so you'll have to set up the 2 counter gauges on the schematic. Just set them to count to 2 and connect them to the redstone ports like on the screenshot.
