Incinerator

The Incinerator is exactly as it sounds, a completely inescapable incinerator that can burn and collect loot from anyone who dares enter. Simply put the prisoner down the hole, patch it up with blocks to make sure they dont use an ender pearl to escape, go backdoors, and put a water bucket next to the water wheel. Afterwards, the incinerator will be powered and the prisoner will lose all their loot and will be collected inside the backpack. Also, if you can't use a backpack, use a double chest a few blocks away from the lava source. Also, if you are using a backpack, make sure it has everlasting installed.
