It has 2 big floors + basement + a secret spot in the roof with means that it has 4 floors

why i whould call it mid-late game

it needs iron for the chains and lanterns
it is made of 3600 blocks and much of it is deepslate which takes time to get without mining contraptions

i reccomend you to get anything that can drill to get you stone before you expect to build this medieval house
