How to fuel:

place buckets of diesel into fluid hatch

How to enter cab:

doors are at the rear behind the smoke stacks (couldn't figure out how to place them next to the seats)

To prime the motor:

lift the truck up

attach a creative motor+cog to main industrial cogwheel

spin counter clockwise until engine starts

WARNING:

the middle throttle lever is meant to increase the output RPM, BUT don't advance it over level 3 Redstone otherwise it will enter free rotation mode (the motors natural RPM is high enough it doesn't take much to advance)
