The Škoda 109E is a multi-system electric locomotive built by Škoda Transportation, capable of speeds up to 200 km/h. It operates across Central Europe (Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland) and features a modular design for AC and DC power networks. This one is Czech in ČD colours.

Its not exactly accurate but for someone who wants a quick EC train schematic here you go.
