SP T-31 #2355

TO SETUP: Make sure all framed blocks are set to black slashed locometal, and that when shift-right clicked the middle (driver) bogie looks like the fourth image.

SP 2355 is a 4-6-0 steam locomotive of the Southern Pacific's T-31 4-6-0 class and would've worked in the Los Angeles division of the Southern Pacific (and pretty much all over CA) for most of its service life. As steam had been phased out of SP branchlines, 2355 was a prime candidate for steam excursions on those branchlines and, until 1958, was used in excursion service, afterwards being pushed into a park in Mesa, AZ. In the late 2000s, 2355's future was quite uncertain, as it was becoming an eyesore and was to be disposed. Thankfully a group lovingly restored 2355 to its current condition, still sitting proudly at Pioneer Park.
