SS.Venator | Endgame Skybase - Carrier - Factory

SS.Venator Airship (READ ALL BELOW)

The Venator is a Menacing Endgame (very expensive) Airship Base That has a large amount of interior space to support various functions. It features a large industry/ground vehicle cargo area with sliding door, gimble & gantry auto levellers, prebuilt rope elevator, soul campfire aesthetic "thruster" engines (see images), and a large runway/landing pad for smaller aircraft.
layered top to bottom at the front of the ship is:

• Pilot Deck: A wide view cockpit with rear seating and rope access running through all the front floors

• Weapons: A medium sized space well suited to weapons and controls, works well with create: big cannons and vista cameras to function as a control room

• Living: a large space for crafting, beds, decor, and general living, the rope elevator is also accessed via this floor as well as the balloon interior

• Industry: a large space just below Living with plenty of space for create machines (with power routed from above) or for large ground vehicles, this function is supported by the large rear cargo door that slides to the rear of the ship, perfect for driving vehicles out or establishing an open plan "FOB" when landed for long periods

• Engines: to the rear of the ship are the two large turbines for thrust and turning, as well as the 2 rear steam engines that power both engines as well at most all of the ships systems (catwalks along the sides of the balloon allow foot access from both the top and the bottom decks

• Landing/Runway: to the top of the ship, accessible above the engine rooms is a large runway and landing spot for smaller recon aircraft for when the Venator is too large or slow (connectors left unplaced to allow you to place them to fit your own aircraft)
  
  DISCLAIMER:

  The Venator was designed with the steam burner lift set to 2.5 (up from 1.5) as I believe this is a better bonus for the effort of making steam engines for all steam burners, however the ship should still fly well at normal lift, if not you can change the lift to match mine in; pause>settings>mods>aeronautics>config>server>physics>Steam-Strength (see image below) or add levitite to the hull and balloon, however I personally recommend the former as I find it makes the effort of making steam burners more rewarding and expands building options.
  
  Setup for the ship is moderate as 3 separate steam engines need to be set up, one below each thruster and one within the balloon (buckets added to lava spout system, stairs waterlogged, and mechanical arms set to deposit in blaze burners and empty bucket smart chutes, and taking from the lava bucket depos at the bottom). the rope elevator will also need to be attached.
  The ship should be 90% functional following this. Farmers delight is only used for the ropes to climb and descend the hull, and waystones is only used for the single waystone within the ship, totally not required.
