This is my first design I've ever published so I hope its good. The airship maxes out at about 2 blocks a second. It includes a mini base, windmill engine and very low-end boat capabilities.

It’s recommended to never let the throttle go below one because the ship may tip over. It's also recommended that you land in the water. The physics assembler is not included in the schematic.
