Thingothy - Hovercraft

Thingothy is an incredibly slow and weak hovercraft for Create Aeronautics that tries its best.

It has a self-stabilisation system using the gimbal sensor alongside the analog transmission powering its nozzle-fans. It has a set of two nozzle-fans per side, having a total of eight nozzle-fans for four sides. It turns using two non-nozzled encased fans each on the left and right sides. It's forward propulsion is powered by a three sail propeller bearing, and it's boost by a two sail propeller bearing. It also has a LOT of symmetric sails to improve stability.

Setup:

Requires Create Aeronautics and Create: Connected.

The portable engines can be fueled with normal fuel or blaze cakes, but when fueled with normal fuel, the boost can not be used at the same time as turning or strafing. Other than that and assembling it with the physics assembler, no further setup should be required.

If for the hovercraft challenge, Thingothy should preferably be fueled with normal fuel (such as coal blocks, lava or charcoal) as it was designed with this in mind.

Controls:

Lever behind seat under speed controller - Power on/off

(Rest of the controls are on the typewriter.)

W - Move forwards

A - Move left

S - Move backwards

D - Move right

Q - Strafe left

E - Strafe right

Left shift - Boost
