To start it up, you need to place a gear and a crank on the water pump and fill both tanks with diesel or biodiesel. There is a lever in the cabin; activate it and turn the crank. After turning the crank for 3 to 5 seconds, go and start the engine using the lever. There is also a control on the ceiling—crouch and right-click it. Then, go to the main cabin, right-click, place a Physics Assembler, and activate it. Your vehicle is now ready.
