My first hover craft:

It has 2 seats (but you can add more)

It flies about 2-3 blocks above sea level.

Instructions:

superheat both engines and make sure the fans are pushing air outward, glue and assemble it

Controls are simple:

left lever > fan power
right lever > propeller power
W > forward
A > spin left
S > backward
D > spin right
