you might have to geta controlor and link them up so heres some help

the controlor that is on the other side of the redstone torch is linked to W

the controlors on the top are the side closer to the seat is D and the other side is A

if not glued(it shuold be) you can glue everything togeter with honey glue (NOT SUPERGLUE)
