S253 Renfe cargo train

It's a recreation of the S253 electric locomotive from the RENFE Mercancías fleet, accompanied by six freight wagons, each carrying a single intermodal container.

The RENFE Class 253 is a modern electric freight locomotive manufactured by Siemens and introduced in the late 2000s to strengthen freight operations across Spain. Designed for heavy cargo transport, it is capable of hauling long freight trains efficiently on both conventional and international rail corridors. Thanks to its high power, reliability, and modern traction systems, the S253 has become one of the most important locomotives in the RENFE Mercancías fleet.
