produces train tracks from nothing only uses base Create mod.

PRODUCES: 8 tracks/min, 96 flint
USES: ~4k SU at 64 RPM CC (can run at 256 RPM)

Simple, works kinda big but cheap. ( uses brass for speed cont. and deployers ).

Fill in front of the fans with water, lava.

Copycat panels are for ascetics, can all be replaced with cobblestone if on budget.
