Welcome Swallow - Beginner Vanilla Survival Plane

Welcome to the Welcome Swallow, a beginner tier vanilla create survival plane, designed to be a minimumly viably exploration plane. Powered by 6 portable engines, the Swallow boasts a cruising altitude of 290 blocks and cruising speed of 40 m/s. It has been fine tuned to have a slight natural pitch up, allowing it to climb unassisted to its cruising altitude and travel long distances with minimal user input.

Using sets of andesite propellers instead of ailerons, the Swallow is extremely stable and easy to maneuver. No more trying to wrangle an unwieldy plane!

=== Usage Instructions ===

To build the Swallow, simply print it without applying any rotation or mirroring. Then verify that the following:

• The entire aircraft is encased in Honey Glue

• The propeller is encased in Slime Glue

Please apply the glues if they failed to print for you.

Once verified, you may attach a contraption assembler to assemble the Swallow, remember to manually activate the propeller bearing if it does not automatically do so.

Fueling

All 6 Portable Engines must be provided with fuel for the Swallow to fly. Any solid fuel is acceptable, but flight time will of course vary accordingly.

Controls

The provided Linked Typewriter is used to control the swallow, while the lever behind it allows you to disable the propeller when parked. The basic Arcade aircraft control scheme is used:

• WASD for Pitch and Roll

• QE for Yaw

• Left Shift to increase throttle (note that too high of a throttle will stall the system due to transmission overspeed)

• Left Control to decrease throttle
