Airbus A380-800 [PROTOTYPE]

IMPORTANT: THIS USES THE TOOLGUN MOD (link here). USE "Original .excraft" FOR THE DOWNLOAD. In your modded instance folder, look for "enxv_aeronautics_structures" and move the schematic file there.

The King of the Skies and the largest passenger aircraft in the world, another Airbus A380-800 yet again dominates the skies of Minecraft. I'm still new to building aircraft so I hope I didn't do too badly. This is the first version I made at 1.25:1 scale, and I apologize for the many inaccuracies, weird-looking angles, and hail-mary'd thingamabobs you will find. But hey, I had fun attempting to make one.

BEFORE USING:

1. The aircraft is creative mode-exclusive as it uses two creative blocks (found between the fuel tanks, and one as the main rotational source).

2. THE AIRCRAFT REQUIRES THE AERONAUTICS LIFT PATCH (link here) TO FLY NORMALLY. IT WILL NOT FLY WELL WITHOUT IT.

3. I had the All of Create Aeronautics modpack on with additional mods.

4. Set your fluid pipes' max range in the create config to 64 blocks or else the engines will not receive fuel.

KNOWN ISSUES:
I tried not to use the many amazing and helpful addons tried to stick to vanilla create design + helpful blocks from other addons per my preference, hence why I ran into a couple of limitations with this design.

1. When joining a world, the wireless links and the typewriter get a little wonky and might not respond well. There are valves attached to most of the swivel bearings connecting the landing gears, and buttons in all of the sequenced gearshifts in case it does happen. The Sequenced Chain Gearshift can then be reset by right-clicking. For the Engines, turn all of them off and look for the engine that still runs. Break and Place the engine fan back and set the size to max to reset it and you'll be fine. If there is asymmetrical thrust, turn the engines off and back on again.

2. The plane is quite unstable and the mechanical stuff breaks easily. I'm sorry :(

3. Not sure if this is an issue but yes, I know the ailerons and elevators aren't accurate.

4. The plane can be quite laggy in normal worlds.

KEYBINDS:

Flying

W - Pitch Up (Elevator up)

S - Pitch Down (Elevator down)

A - Roll Left

D - Roll Right

LEFT Arrow - Rudder Left

RIGHT Arrow - Rudder Right

UP Arrow (HOLD) - Increase flaps

DOWN Arrow (HOLD) - Decrease flaps

Normal Operations

G - Landing Gear Up or Down

E - Toggle Engines Off or On

Q - Increase Thrust (1 Step)

R - Decrease Thrust (1 Step)

L - Beacon Lights

X - Autopilot (tries to balance the aircraft)
