Aircraft Carrier base, based on the CV-6 USS Enterprise that served during WW2. Lift is generated by hot air balloons and requires config to be adjusted to 55 lift per m3 of hot air. Can be used as a create base on the 2nd deck with the 3rd being a hangar for aircraft and the 4th being the engine.
